The meaning of the word Ìṣẹ̀ṣe is broad. It is so expansive that it can be explained from various perspectives, depending on the context in which it is being discussed. As such, when someone asks, “What is Ìṣẹ̀ṣe?”, the question can be difficult to answer unless one understands the angle from which the person is approaching it.
For instance, if you define Ìṣẹ̀ṣe as the traditional practices of the Yorùbá people from time immemorial, that is correct.
